I really love being a client’s right-hand person, working with them to free up more time and take away their concerns about missing vital emails or mounting administrative tasks.  Whether this be tweaking existing ways of working or introducing new systems to make the day more productive, I’m here to help.

I have worked at CEO level for most of my employed career, I’m no spring chicken, my experience spans over 25 years but what I lack in youth I make up for in experience!

I have been a full time VA for over four years and have a real passion for the service that I provide, it takes dedication, hard work, organisation and good communication to make a successful VA and I believe that I have these attributes.

I have a dedicated office, high speed broadband, back up PC and printer. My normal hours of work are 9 – 5 although some previous clients have needed work carried outside of these hours, including the weekends, and I am flexible with this given notice.

I have experience with many different software programmes, have full indemnity/cyber insurance, ICO certification, GDPR compliance and registered for AML.

​

I am fully contactable through either mobile, Whatsapp, Skype or Slack.

I possess a very good sense of humour which definitely helps when work gets a bit frantic and when I take on a full-time client I take a personal interest in their company, when the company grows and flourishes, I know that I am doing my job well and that gives me immense satisfaction.
